It is easy to cook and can effortlessly be a part of dishes like Biryani, curries, pulao and emerge as the undisputed star. Cooking Instructions: Optional: Add 1 tablespoon oil or butter and a pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt per each cup of rice. Bring water to a boil. Add rice and oil or butter and salt infusing. Reduce heat to low and cover the pot with a lid. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until all of the water is absorbed. Allow to sit for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork and serve. Electric Rice Cooker: Use 2 cups of water per 1 cup of rice. See the Rice Cooker manual for specific directions. Microwave Cooking: (200-watt rating) Combine 2 1/4 cups water per 1 cup of rice in a microwave-safe bowl. Add oil or butter and salt if using. Cover tightly with a microwave-safe lid and cook on HIGH power for 15 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork and serve.

This rice has a great aroma and good taste. It's also one of the cleanest rices I've ever bought. There's not much milkiness at all in the water when I rinse the rice.

A Basmati Rice Lover's Dream.!!

This Basmati rice cooks relatively quickly, is firm, flavorful, and aromatic, and is an excellent value for the money. I had never eaten this rice, was returning to Tampa for my third visit this year, and needed it for the recipes I was going to prepare for my cousin and her fiancee. I ordered this bag. We're Black; we know rice and we know gravy.... You never saw two people carry-on more than those two when they tasted it, though. They agreed that it doesn't even need gravy.
